Gewürztraminer - Mystic River 2005

Richly scented tropical fruits are balanced against tones of mineral and diesel.  Pure sophistication on the nose wrapped up in honeycomb.  The palates soft and viscous manner are showing signs of the acidity dropping, but still holding its head up high.  Very well done.  Paired with roast chicken fritatta and organic greens tossed in a soft honey mustard dressing.
